Vinyl Care & Application

So you got your decal – what next?

PUT IT ON

  1. Make sure the surface you’re applying your decal to is clean, smooth & dry! Rubbing alcohol is helpful but not necessary to clean it.
  2. Remove the backing from your decal and line it up carefully; once it is stuck down it can’t be repositioned!
  3. Press the vinyl down onto the surface and rub it firmly in all direction with a squeegee or credit card to remove any bubbles. If you can’t push a bubble out you can carefully pop it with a pin.
  4. Starting in any corner, carefully peel the transfer tape off at a 45-degree angle et voila! Let it sit for at least 72 hours before getting wet, and to get the most life out of your decal, handwash only.

TAKE IT OFF

Tired of your decal & ready for a new look? Use a hairdryer to warm up the vinyl, then pick it off starting from the edge. Rubbing alcohol or Goo Gone can help take off any leftover residue.
